1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2.How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location:

• USA Orders: 5–10 business days.

• International Orders: 10–20 business days.

(We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible!)

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

4. My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?

Please first check your tracking link. If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier. If you still can't locate it, email us at support@dayasshop.com and we'll be happy to help.

5. How can I find the right size for me?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

6. What if an item is out of stock?

Don't worry! Some popular items get restored. You can click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page, and we'll send you an email as soon as it's back.

Return & Exchanges

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@dayasshop.com with your order number and reason for return.

10.How do I exchange an item?

At the moment, we don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the product or size you'd like instead.

11. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes — for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, or sale items.
